LEADER INSTRUMENTS CORPORATION agrees to provide factory service on the instrument listed above.
The service will be performed at one of Leader Instruments Corporation’s Service Centers or at a facility designated in writing by Leader. The instrument must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and must he accompanied by the service contract number and a brief description of the problem encountered or services to be performed. Re calibration services are limited to once annually
Leader will provide labor and furnish all replacement parts (excluding LCD screens, accessories and cases) as are necessary to maintain the product in operating condition during the period of this agreement. This agreement does not apply to equipment that has been damaged by intervening external causes, which shall include, but not he limited to damage by fire, water, windstorm, hail, lightning, earthquakes, theft, riot, accidents, negligence or misapplication, or has been altered or modified in any way, This agreement does not cover service necessitated by changes in regulations of any’ federal, state or local governmental body or agency.
Leader will not he responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the delay in rendering service under this agreement and in no event shall it be liable for consequential damages.
If services are required that are not included in this agreement, they may’ he obtained at our regular rates upon request.
This agreement sets forth the entire agreement between both parties and no representation; promise or condition not contained herein shall modify its terms.

Our warranty policy certifies that our products are free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Our obligation under this warranty is limited in repairing or replacing, at our sole option, any such defective product. Product must be returned to Leader’s Service Center with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and date and place of purchase. Our warranty does not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence, and mis-application, altered or modified in any way. In addition, we offer extended warranty coverage for an additional year (3-year extended warranty) or three years (5-year extended warranty). For your peace of mind, we highly suggest considering any of these extended warranties as soon as possible (and before the end of the standard warranty period) because in some cases, the cost to repair your instrument could be up to 50% of the original purchase value. If interested in any of these extended warranties, please select the respective option from the warranty registration form and send it to us. We will invoice you for the respective cost of the extended warranty. For the price list of these extended warranties, please refer below.
