DLV78OP70 Built-In Speaker Option (requires OP40A card) : Two 0.8W speakers can be factory installed in the LV7800 and provide aural monitoring capabilities. The speakers are built in to the LV7800 and provide an amplified output of any 2 channels (menu selectable; must have OP40A audio card). When the front panel headphone jack is being used for audio monitoring, the speakers are muted; otherwise the audio signal is amplified and sent to the speakers.
LV7800-01 Remote Controller For LV7800 and LV5800 : A new, innovative remote control panel, the LV7800-01, provides full remote control capabilities for the LV7800 Rasterizer and LV5800 Multi-SDI Monitor. Connection between the remote controller and the device being controlled is accomplished via Ethernet cable and can be connected through a dedicated Ethernet line or through your standard Ethernet network. The controller addresses one instrument at a time but other instruments can be controlled by simply making an IP address change to the controller.
Designed based on the popular LV5800 Multi-SDI Monitor platform, the new LV7800 Rasterizer accepts a number of field installable input and output option modules and utilizes the same option modules and operating software as our award winning LV5800 Multi-SDI monitor. This level of flexibility is unprecedented - design your system with Leader LV5800 and LV7800 products and you have total flexibility with system configuration. Get a rasterizer for one position and a half-rack monitor for another position and they both work the same way - reducing the learning curve for your staff. Modify your system as you need; pull option modules from one location to use them in other areas and reconfigure your system with ease. Options include various input modules for 3G-SDI, HD/SD-SDI, DVB-ASI, eye pattern, composite analog and digital audio. The instrument provides picture, waveform, vector, 5-Bar, audio, CINELITE, CINEZONE and status information individually or in several screen combinations. Web addressable, with Web Server, TELNET and SNMP communications capabilities, the new LV7800 also provides a USB port for use with a thumbdrive in order to store captured screens, data dumps, error logs and presets as well as to perform software updates.

MODULE OPTIONS
The LV7800 accepts a number of field installable input and output option modules and utilizes the same option modules and operating software as the LV5800. The modules have been designed to be easily upgraded in the field by an authorized Leader Instruments technician. This allows you minimize your downtime and maximize the efficiency of your test and measurement equipment.

LV58SER01A - SDI and HD-SDI Module Card (Input)
- Two inputs capable of auto-detecting up to 23 standard and high definition SDI signals.
- Two loop-through outputs to pass through the input signals. One of the outputs can be configured to be either a switched output or loop-through output.
- Dual Link and 2K signals can be monitored by this module. This feature is automatically included.
- Both inputs can be monitored at the same time by the LV5800. When combined with a second LV58SER01A, you can monitor a maximum of four inputs with different resolutions.
- Cinelite can be used with this module to assist lighting your set by measuring luminance values in percentage and f-stops.
LV58SER02 - Eye Pattern Module Card (Input)
- This module produces the Eye Pattern and Jitter display for the selected input signal. The input from any LV58SER01 module can be selected and monitored.
- The module includes support for automatic measurement of the Eye Pattern and Jitter Display.
- A Jitter Out connection allows for monitoring of the jitter on a spectrum analyzer.
LV58SER03 - Composite Video Module Card (Input)
- Two input connections for NTSC or PAL composite video signals. Only one composite video input can be monitored at a time.
- One connection is available for a switched output.

LV58SER04 - MPEG Decoder Card (Input)
- The module has a single input that decodes MPEG-2 TS (DVB-ASI) signals and displays video/audio information on the monitor when selected. All of the available LV5800 features (Vectorscope, Waveform Monitor, Picture, Eye Pattern and Audio) can be used to monitor the TS being fed to the module.
- Additional displays available with this card include a PID Tree Display and BIT Rate Display. In addition, extra error detection categories are included.

LV58SER06 - 3G and HD/SD-SDI Module Card (Input)
- This module supports 3G-SDI levels A and B, and it can be used to display information such as 3G-SDI signals' video waveforms, vector waveforms, pictures, and error detection results on an LV 5800 or LV 7800.
- Two inputs capable of auto-detecting 3G-SDI, HD-SDI and SD-SDI signals.
- Two reclocked outputs to pass through the input signals. One of the outputs can be configured to be either a switched output or reclocked output
- The module can generate 3G-SDI signals and test patterns.

LV58SER07 - Eye Pattern/Jitter Module Card (Input)
- This module produces the Eye Pattern and Jitter display for the selected input signal. The input from any LV58SER06 module can be selected and monitored.
- The module includes support for automatic measurement of the Eye Pattern and Jitter Display.
- The Eye Pattern and Jitter can be displayed simultaneously when a single signal is selected in the multi screen display of the LV5800 or LV7800.

LV58SER20 - DVI-I Module Card (Output)
- One DVI-I connector is available to output the LV5800 display to an external monitor. This signal can be connected to a display via a DVI or VGA connection.
- The video output is 1024x768 in display resolution.
LV58SER40A - Digital Audio Module Card (Input/Output)
- The card can be configured to input or output audio information.
- Four connectors to allow for eight AES/EBU channels to be managed.
- Audio Module Card must be installed to monitor embedded or external AES/EBU signals.
- Two 0.8W stereo speakers can be installed in the LV7800 as a factory option.
LV58SER40A-16 - AES/EBU Expansion Card (Input/Output)
- Works in conjunction with the LV58SER40A card by providing four additional connectors. A total of sixteen AES/EBU channels are made available.
- Audio information from this card is locked to the directionality of the LV58SER40A.
- This expansion card can be installed in the Input or Output Slot, depending on where the LV58SER40A card is installed.
- Two 0.8W stereo speakers can be installed in the LV7800 as a factory option.
LV58SER40D - Digital Audio Module Card with Dolby E/AC-3 Daughtercard (Input)
- This module contains all of the same features as the LV58SER40A.
- With the daughtercard installed, embedded Dolby E/AC-3 audio can be monitored by the LV5800.
- Two 0.8W stereo speakers can be installed in the LV7800 as a factory option.
